Kant Kalra worked for the Toronto Real Estate Board as a free lancer/employee for seven years in the Production Department in their Davisville and Don Mills offices.

While in the Toronto Real Estate Board he got involved so much in real estate that he decided to enter this field. He first became a mortgage consultant and later got licensed in 1992 as a Real Estate Salesperson. He worked for Sutton Group and Royal LePage in Mississauga.

Kant Kalra received Business Education College Chairman's Commendation Award in the business world through partnership in Business & Education.

Kant Kalra also received certificates in International Trade Research, International Marketing, International Market Research, International Trade and Finance plus International Trade from Forum for International Trade Training (IFTT). Kant also received certificate from the District School Board of Niagara in Custom Brokerage.
